Delivery Timeline

Same-day selects (card shows & conventions): A selection of reels will be delivered within 24 hours of the event wrapping — to keep the energy fresh and your audience talking long after the doors close.

Full delivery: Remaining deliverables are turned around on a project-by-project timeline confirmed before the shoot. Larger packages and multi-day shoots take additional time in post.

Revisions: Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included with every project — because the goal is always a final product you're proud of.
Travel & Expenses

All travel expenses are billed separately and itemized on your final invoice. For bookable items — flights, train tickets, and lodging — a cost estimate will be provided and confirmed with you in advance. Variable day-of expenses such as gas and meals are tracked and included on your final invoice. For shoots within approximately one hour of West Palm Beach, FL, driving expenses are covered. Beyond that, the following apply only as needed for your specific project.

Transportation
  • Round-trip flights
  • Gas for driving beyond local range
  • Train tickets
  • Rideshare
Lodging
  • Required for multi-day out-of-town shoots
  • Required when a single-day shoot wraps after 6:00 PM EST or same-day return isn't feasible
Meals
  • Up to 2 meals per day on out-of-town shoots
